Prairie Preview turns 40 and we’re celebrating!
For four decades, Prairie Preview has been a special time for environmentalists, conservationists, and nature lovers around Johnson County to come together for a greener Iowa. What started as a small gathering has blossomed into a highly anticipated environmental fair that brings together organizations, advocates, and community members to celebrate, learn, and take action for our natural world. As we mark the 40th anniversary of this beloved event, we’re pulling out all the stops to make this year’s Prairie Preview bigger and more impactful than ever!
A Bigger and Better Exhibitor Fair
On May 14 at the Iowa Memorial Union, Prairie Preview will host more than 35 environmental organizations from across the state. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with local and regional groups dedicated to conservation, sustainability, and environmental education.
